What is Fendor Forge?

For more than 10 years, I ran a family car-trade business in Latvia together with my father. Hundreds of cars sold, thousands of conversations with buyers — a daily routine where every deal had to be carried by hand from the first call to handing over the keys.

That's where we saw first-hand what digital gaps cost a small business: buyers who write in the evening and have bought elsewhere by morning; leasing commissions that go to middlemen; customer records kept in someone's head or in Excel; and trust that, without a proper website, has to be earned from zero in every conversation.

Fendor Forge was born from that experience. We build the websites and business systems we ourselves were missing back then — and today we run live automotive platforms of our own, including PrimaFinance.lv and DrauguAuto.lv, with more than 500 buyer applications.

Fendor Forge is a full team: strategists who pick the right system for each business, a marketing lead, a graphic design master, developers, plus lawyers and an accountant. You work directly with the people who build — no unnecessary middlemen.

We have been working together for more than 6 years. Limited capacity is a deliberate choice: we take on no more than 3–4 projects a month and work on an application basis, so every project gets focused attention.
